Lol your first line made me chuckle. Thanks very much for detailing the process, and it looks like much work is done, though also much work is left to be done. Not what you'll want to hear I suspect, but in the spirit of sharing, I attempted this rabbit hole some time back, and in the end I just gave up on coffee altogether and chose another beverage option to be a favourite. It must be affordable, accessible, minimal packaging (so individual tea bags didn't make the cut), healthy. I settled on dried chrysanthemum from traditional chinese medicine shops to pop into hot water in the end. That said, I know coffee is a staple for many and will be interested to see how far this will go. All the best!
